If you are living in the United States, please get in touch with us via our contact form to request a USPS prepaid return label.
Once you have the label:
- 1. Fill in the return details on the packing slip (don't forget to include this in your return package) along with your items.
- 2. Remove all extra labels from the shipping box and place the prepaid USPS label from the bottom of your packing slip on the shipping box.
- 3. Drop off your shipment at an authorized USPS shipping location.
- 4. Please keep your USPS tracking number as we may request it. You can also track your return shipment using the USPS Tracking Form.
