Please get in touch with us via our contact form within seven (7) days of receiving your order and make sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) missing, along with a picture of your packing slip so we can resolve this right away for you. 

We have to monitor return activity due to abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. Cases reported after seven (7) days may not be eligible for review.
